Excel Advancement Spreadsheet to track the WEBELOS DEN in the New Cub Scout Program in Excel - Similar to the Cub Trax Spreadsheets

This WEBELOS Advancement Excel Spreadsheet is a workbook of FREE spreadsheets developed by Todd M. Lynch, Cubmaster for Pack 444 from Elkton, MD, and in the DelMarVa Council.  This is for use by Cub Scouters to keep track of scouts advancement using the new requirements being implemented in 2015.  Many scouters have used the Cub Trax spreadsheets for the current system, these spreadsheets operate in a similar manner.  The spreadsheets have an instructions page with details on how to use them and how to contact Steve with questions.

A special thank you to Jeff Freeman from Pack 3673 in Bozeman, MT who is in the process of updating these spreadsheets and donating them to us.

  1. This is PERFECT!! It's just what I've been looking for. I was going to enter some boys in but noticed the stronger faster higher is missing the last two requirements and has different descriptions for some of them. I'm sure it will still work but just wanted to let you know. Thanks so much for this!

  2. Be careful with the summary page. There are some kinks to be worked out. It is marking partials and completes in wrong spots. Otherwise looking great! So glad you finished one before we officially start the program.

  4. I don't see Arrow of Light in the webelos tracker like it was in the old excel tracker? Also do you know the password. I tired typing webelos but it doesn't work for some of the sheets? THanks!

  7. Did you know that the cyber chip requirements are for the 1-3 grade, this is not the same requirement list for grade 4-5. If you update this information for the Webelos & AOL tracking sheet please let me know. I love this spreadsheet and use it for our boys in Colorado

Thank you for all your hard work!!

  8. I am not able to mark in the boxes in excel or enter boys names etc. is it me or does anyone else have the same problem. This would be perfect for me if the kinks were worked out. Great job! Your time and effort is appreciated.

  13. Hi, thanks for the excel spreadsheet. I can't wait to use it! I have downloaded the dens I need. However, when un-protecting the Webelo spread sheet, there are 5 tabs that aren't accepting the password. It is the first 5 tabs. Please advise.

    Thank you!

  18. I love these trackers! I was able to unprotect the sheets in the Webelos workbook using the password webelos. Then I was able to edit the sheet as necessary. These workbooks seem to have rank specific password for protection.

  22. This is absolutely an amazing spreadsheet!!! With currently no access to Scoutbook until January, I had no idea how I was going to keep track of what the scouts had completed. You are my saving grace! Thank you for developing this file!
