Excel Advancement Spreadsheet to track the ARROW OF LIGHT in the New Cub Scout Program in Excel - Similar to the Cub Trax Spreadsheets

This ARROW OF LIGHT Advancement Excel Spreadsheet is a workbook of FREE spreadsheets developed by Todd M. Lynch, a Cubmaster for Pack 444 from Elkton, MD, and in the DelMarVa Council.  This is for use by Cub Scouters to keep track of scouts advancement using the new requirements being implemented in 2015.  Many scouters have used the Cub Trax spreadsheets for the current system, these spreadsheets operate in a similar manner.  The spreadsheets have an instructions page with details on how to use them and how to contact Steve with questions.

A special thank you to Jeff Freeman from Pack 3673 in Bozeman, MT who is in the process of updating these spreadsheets and donating them to us.

    1. On my computer, it downloads the file to the bottom of my screen, but the page never changes. Check your download folder. It is probably there.

  6. I am trying to set up the exl's for me as the Cub Master and have been able to do all of them except the Arrow of Light. What is the password. By the way this are the best forms I have ever seen. Been in scouts a long time and this is wonderful.

  7. VaLayne!! What a small world! Here I am working on cub scout stuff and I ran across your blog and your extremely helpful tracking sheets. You have done an amazing job on these and on the entire blog! I'm so impressed. I need to take lessons from you when it comes to cub scout stuff, and obviously when it comes to being organized and efficient in general. You're amazing!! I remember when I came to your house when Jim and I were first married and you were doing cub scouts with your boys. I didn't realize that you were involved at such a high level. Boy scouts of America is lucky to have you! Thanks for sharing all of your hard work!

  10. Great sheets. Second year of using them. Constructive troubleshooting - I found that the cell references in Building a Better World and Camper both point to "C13" in the scout summary. I was able to unprotect that sheet and manually edit the references. I think this started with the second "scout column" but I've since fixed it so can't be sure. In case people want to fix themselves or the master can be updated.

  11. It seems like you've provided a filename or a term related to an Excel spreadsheet for tracking advancement. Why Game Popular If you have a specific question or need assistance with this spreadsheet, please let me know the details, and I'd be happy to help.
