ORIGINAL Cub Scout Tiger PRINTABLE Record Tracking and Organization Work Sheet for the New Program - Free - with Adventures and Cyber Chip and Award requirements to help Leaders and Parents

Tracking, planning, and recognition are so important in Cub Scouts.  This new tracking sheet will help you be able to keep track of where each boy is at towards the Tiger, Adventures, and Cyber Chip requirements.  I like to print this tracking sheet on cardstock, and I print one sheet for each boy to be kept in my leader binder next to their tracking sheet for their Religious Award.  I keep a different tab for every boy with all the tracking sheets (Age Group & Religious Award).  Then I have complete information on each boy.  It helps to do it this way if you do one requirement one week and a different one other weeks.  Not every boy is there every week.  By doing this, I can always know where each boy is at, and it is all in one place.  I keep a roll, and next to the roll I write down what we did that week, and then every couple of weeks I update all the tracking sheets for every boy.  If the parents ever have questions, I always have a place to look back at on the roll, and I can always copy each tracking sheet to show them where their boy is.  Thanks to Annaleis Smith from the Utah National Parks Council who shared this tracking sheet with us.

Tiger Cub Scout Adventure Pocket Certificate to be given out at Pack Meeting to recognize completed adventures

The new Cub Scout program contains a series of “adventures” which Cub Scouts (individually and as part of their den) will experience while working on their badge of rank. Once a Cub Scout has completed the six core adventures—including one on “Duty to God” and one of his den’s choosing—he will have earned his badge of rank.

This pocket certificate is given to a Cub Scout in recognition of his completion of an “adventure.”

There are spaces on the card to enter the Scout's name, adventure completed, pack number, date he earned it, Den Leader and Cubmaster signatures. Use this to recognize the Cub Scouts during your monthly pack meeting.

This prints 8 pocket certificates, per page.  These "portrait" cards work well when the boys are saving their cards in the baseball card plastic holders.  Then they are facing the right way as boys look through their card collection.

Cub Scout On My Honor Pocket Certificate with Scout Oath, Scout Law, and Cub Scout Motto - Free Printable

Handy, pocket-sized card is a great reference for Cub Scouts to keep with them while learning the Scout Oath, Scout Law, and Cub Scout Motto. Have the card laminated to carry as a daily reminder to always be guided by Cub Scouting principles!

This is a great thing to give to Cub Scouts at their first Pack Meeting and helps them move towards getting their Bobcat rank.

Excel Advancement Spreadsheet to track the TIGER DEN in the New Cub Scout Program in Excel - Similar to the Cub Trax Spreadsheets

This Tiger Advancement Excel Spreadsheet is a workbook of FREE spreadsheets developed by Steve Coker, a Tiger Den Leader from Georgia, in the Northeast Georgia Council.  This is for use by Cub Scouters to keep track of scouts advancement using the new requirements being implemented in 2015.  Many scouters have used the Cub Trax spreadsheets for the current system, these spreadsheets operate in a similar manner.  The spreadsheets have an instructions page with details on how to use them and how to contact Steve with questions.
  • To download the Tiger Excel Spreadsheet, CLICK HERE  (It appears that the workbook was locked by mistake, probably happened while I was protecting the individual worksheets.  Just go to the “Review” tab, select “Protect Workbook” and enter the same password as for the worksheets “tiger” to unlock it.)

Cub Scout Tiger PRINTABLE Tracking and Organization Work Sheet for the New Program - Free - with Adventures and Cyber Chip and Award requirements to help Leaders and Parents

The new Cub Scout program is going to be incredible for the boys.  National has put a lot of time into planning the new adventures and you will love it as soon as you can get your head around it.  We are all about making it easier for all Cub Scout Leaders and Parents.  We hope this new tracking sheet will help you as you start to navigate the new program.

Thanks to Jessika Vaupel from the Trapper Trails Council who shared this tracking sheet with us.
