  1. Glad to see others passing on this trick. So handy for themed events, and a kid can never have too many slides. Search on Amazon for candy molds and silicone ice cub trays...you'll be amazed how wide of a variety is available.

    One tip we've used...we have taken a paperclip, unfolded and refolded it into a "loop with feet", and used that for the backer. It's a bit more work, but keeps the pricepoint super low.
